==Overview==
The Order of Saint Cecily with the Cup (BPR) is a Barony-level non-armigerous award that recognizes heralds or bards who have distinguished themselves in service to the Barony. The unique stylization of the award, "Bearer of the Pinot Noir", originated from a herald mispronouncing the name of the Poignard Noir award.

The Order was chartered on December 10, A.S. LI (2016) by King [[Robert]] and Queen [[Magge]] of the Outlands, with the charter attested by [[Angus Reid MacFarlane]], White Stag Principal Herald. The premier recipient was [[Vanozza da Corbetta]].

==Purpose and Recognition==
The Order of Saint Cecily with the Cup honors those who have provided memorable heraldic or bardic service, making a significant impact on the Barony. Recipients are styled as Bearers of the Pinot Noir and may use the post-nominal letters BPR.

This is a non-armigerous award, meaning it does not grant the right to bear arms.
