Overview
The Order of the Argent Rose of the Outlands (CARO) is a Kingdom-level non-armigerous award given to youth who have demonstrated consistent excellence in service. The award is for gentles under the age of 15 years. It was chartered on October 2, A.S. XXXVIII (2003) by Irel and Rosalind, King and Queen of the Outlands. The charter was attested by Tatiana, White Stag Principal Herald.
Purpose and Recognition
The Order of the Argent Rose recognizes the outstanding service of youth members to their local group or the Kingdom. This award may only be conferred once upon an individual.
Recipients are styled as Companions of the Argent Rose of the Outlands and may use the post-nominal letters C.A.R.O..
Badge and Regalia
Members of the Order may bear the badge:
Vert, a rose argent barbed and seeded proper, within a bordure embattled Or.
The insignia of the Order consists of a belt favor or medallion pendant from a ribbon bearing the badge.
