== Overview ==
Chroniclers produce the official newsletters and records for a group. The Kingdom Chronicler is recognized as a Major Office in the [[Kingdom of the Outlands]].


Chronicler is an officer position for the Kingdom and local branches. It is responsible for the creation, publication, and archiving of the Kingdom or Branch Newsletter, as well as (other responsibilities).  
The ''Outlandish Herald'' (OH) is the official newsletter of the Kingdom of the Outlands. It serves as the primary publication for announcing events across the kingdom, publishing changes to kingdom law, and sharing other official business. When space allows, it also provides a venue for letters and articles from kingdom officers and members of the populace.
