== Overview ==
[[Muiredach MacGregor|Mordygan III]] & [[Ymanie the Midwife|Ymanie II]] are currently serving as the 78th reign of the Outlands. Hailing from [[al-Barran]], Mordygan earned the title of Crown Prince by defeating [[Nicolae Rares]] at the [[Spring Crown Tournament, AS LX (2026)]] which took place in [[Aarquelle]]. Mordygan and Ymanie were elevated on July 178h AS LXI (2026).
 
During their reign, they opted for the titles of Cyning and Cwyne, the Old English words for King and Queen. Ymanie also opted to go specifically by Ymanie II during the reign.

Hrothger IV and Ingriðr included a royal cypher on all scrolls given with awards during their reign. The cypher follows royal heraldic traditions of their personas' time periods and includes a combination of their initials with other decorative elements.
 
=== Ingriðr's Stool ===
[[File:Ingriðr's Stool.jpg|thumb|Ingriðr's Stool]]As her [[Queen's Cypher - Bearer|Queen's Cypher]], Ingriðr elected to give recipients a stool. As she recounted in court, the stool was the first piece of historically appropriate furniture she purchased for participating in the SCA. Owing to its compact design, Hrothger was able to carry it easily in his armor bag and soon became its most frequent user. Before long, it had become affectionately known as "Hrothger's Stool."
 
In good humor, Ingriðr launched a lighthearted campaign to reclaim the stool's identity. She commissioned replicas decorated with her arms, presented them as her Queen's Cypher, and delighted in retelling the story whenever the opportunity arose, all with the goal that it would instead become known as "Ingriðr's Stool."

Overview

Mordygan III & Ymanie II are currently serving as the 78th reign of the Outlands. Hailing from al-Barran, Mordygan earned the title of Crown Prince by defeating Nicolae Rares at the Spring Crown Tournament, AS LX (2026) which took place in Aarquelle. Mordygan and Ymanie were elevated on July 178h AS LXI (2026).

During their reign, they opted for the titles of Cyning and Cwyne, the Old English words for King and Queen. Ymanie also opted to go specifically by Ymanie II during the reign.

Hrothger IV and Ingriðr included a royal cypher on all scrolls given with awards during their reign. The cypher follows royal heraldic traditions of their personas' time periods and includes a combination of their initials with other decorative elements.

Ingriðr's Stool

As her Queen's Cypher, Ingriðr elected to give recipients a stool. As she recounted in court, the stool was the first piece of historically appropriate furniture she purchased for participating in the SCA. Owing to its compact design, Hrothger was able to carry it easily in his armor bag and soon became its most frequent user. Before long, it had become affectionately known as "Hrothger's Stool."

In good humor, Ingriðr launched a lighthearted campaign to reclaim the stool's identity. She commissioned replicas decorated with her arms, presented them as her Queen's Cypher, and delighted in retelling the story whenever the opportunity arose, all with the goal that it would instead become known as "Ingriðr's Stool."
