Introduction

Muirenn an Liath is best known for her service to the Knowne World alongside her partner, Lycus, through The Wolf and Selkie Inn. Together, they strive to create a relaxing atmosphere of great food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming place to gather with friends, both old and new.

When she is not acting as Hostess at the Inn, Muirenn can be found water bearing, assisting at the List, or volunteering wherever she sees a need she can help fulfill.

Muirenn wears both the yellow protégé belt of Justice McArtain and the green student belt of Tighearnan O Cinndeargain.

Persona

Muirenn an Liath was born in 10th century Dublin into a Hiberno-Norse family. Her father, once a hired sword who traveled east to the lands of Byzantium, later turned his experience and connections toward a life as a merchant.

With her husband, a Byzantine Greek man her father met through his travels, Muirenn operates a hospitality hall, welcoming travelers, merchants, and friends.
