Bearer of the Queen’s Favor

Overview
The Bearer of the Queen’s Favor is a minor retinue position awarded to the victor of a heavy weapons tournament held at Coronation. The tournament replaced the former Queen’s Champion tournament, which had previously determined the Queen’s Champion through heavy weapons combat.
The Bearer of the Queen’s Favor has no assigned or implied duties associated with the position. It is traditional, however, for the Queen to present her favor to the victor, typically in the form of a physical token or useful item representing the Queen.[1]
