Running of the Toys

The Running of the Toys is a new tradition reintroduced to the Outlands during the Reign of Simon & Aria in AS LX.

During court, the crown will present a basket filled with toys and summon a populace member, often a peer from either the Order of Chivalry or the Order of Defense. The crown will then summon forward any children in attendance. The selected "runner" is given the basket and a three second head start after which the children are prompted to chase. Once the runner is caught, they distribute toys to all children who participated.
