Overview
The Order of the Heart of the Scorpion of al-Barran (CHSA) is a non-armigerous Barony-level Award in the Barony of al-Barran. It is awarded to those persons who, being at all times an example of chivalry, gentility, nobility and authenticity, are most exemplary in the conduct of themselves, to the greater credit and worth of al-Barran.
This award was chartered on the 25th day of July, A.S. XXXIII (1998), by Baron Kragon and Baroness Sarah of al-Barran, with the charter also signed by King Hrothger II and Queen Madigan of the Outlands. Pendar the Bard served as White Stag Principal Herald at the time.
Purpose and Recognition
Recipients of this award are recognized for their exemplary personal conduct, embodying the ideals of chivalry, gentility, nobility, and authenticity. This honor is given to individuals who serve as a shining example within the barony, bringing credit and worth to the community of al-Barran.
A Companion of this Order is entitled to use the post-nominal letters [CHSA] after their name.
